The annual assessment will be billed as two payments. The first due no later than January 31 each year and the second payment is due no later than July 31 each year.
You will receive an invoice in the mail approximately 30 days prior to each due date.
If you have a problem paying the assessment all at once, you can contact James Emory Tungsvik, for information on a payment plan. Please do this BEFORE the date the payment is due, otherwise you will be assumed as being past due and interest and penalty will be applied.
If you do not make a payment plan and do not pay the assessments, you will be charged a late fee and interest will accrue on the unpaid balance. The Home Owners Association may also file a lien against your property.
If you prefer, you may also use the automatic payment form. Fill it out per the directions and mail or fax to Around the Clock, Inc., the Fern Crest Management Company.
